City Club Los Angeles will host a special fine art exhibition featuring works by internationally acclaimed artist Taylor Wilshire on Friday, April 10th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

This rare one-night presentation offers guests the opportunity to experience Wilshire’s work—most often exhibited in New York City and London—within an intimate private club setting overlooking the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.

Wilshire’s work is sought after by curators, art advisors, and collectors for its technical precision, atmospheric depth, and conceptual sophistication. This limited West Coast presentation has been curated to complement the refined cultural environment of City Club Los Angeles.

Perched high above the city, the venue is known for its panoramic views and tradition of hosting curated cultural experiences, creating a natural convergence of art, architecture, and conversation.

The exhibition will feature a selection of contemporary and realist works in acrylic and resin on canvas, alongside several Art Nouveau–inspired pieces highlighting Wilshire’s intricate detailing, fluid movement, and ornamental elegance. Through layered translucence and restrained palettes, forms emerge softly from pigment and light, creating compositions that are modern, timeless, and immersive.

Presented as a two-hour salon-style reception, the evening invites collectors and arts patrons to engage with the work while enjoying the city at dusk.
Guests will enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, with a limited hosted bar offering wine, beer, and sodas, plus a full cash bar available. Dinner or light fare may also be ordered from the lounge at guests’ discretion. The reception runs from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, with guests welcome to remain afterward.

Select works will be available for acquisition, offering collectors a rare opportunity to secure pieces from the artist.
