Seasoned collectors and art-world newbies alike are bound to find a piece at the Desert Arts Festival, produced by the 42-year-old organization West Coast Artists. Hundreds of creatives and craftspeople will set up shop outdoors at The River at Rancho Mirage, showcasing paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, photos, jewelry, blown and stained glass, carved wood and more in a broad range of styles.
