Emerging from the Dzogchen lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. This is not just a Tuesday evening “mind practice,” but a doorway into living from and within freedom—freedom not only from our own psychology and historic self-narrative, but also from the habitual creative loops that keep us recycling the same expressions. Over time, we learn to flow through life with the lived experience of non-duality within duality—and duality within non-duality.

From an ever-deepening familiarity with our own True Nature, there naturally comes a diminishing of difficult mind-states and a flourishing of positive mind-states — alongside a more spacious, inspired relationship with our own creative expression.
