In conjunction with Sharon Kagan's "Bearing Witness" art exhibition, Kagan will also be performing "Leaping, Together." Using a royal blue elastic cord with nine-inch circular needles, she will be knitting for five hours a day over two days in pursuit of a symbolic umbilical cord. There will be two chairs side by side and the space to share what audience members are leaping towards or away from. They are invited to come and take a spot in the chair. The performance takes place February 21 and 22, 2026, from 11-4pm.
