This program brings together artists Giana De Dier and Marilyn Boror Bor, both featured in the exhibition Transgresoras: Mail Art and Messages, 1960s–2020s at the California Museum of Photography at UC Riverside. This conversation, moderated by the exhibition’s co-curator Elena Shtromberg, explores both artists’ interventions in narratives around public space in Panama and Guatemala within the context of their broader artistic practice.
