Dorado 806 Projects presents 'The Space Between' Amanda Oleander's debut Los Angeles Solo show curated by Meghan DeRoma and Amelie Laurice. The Space Between explores the moments of transition—the space between significant chapters or milestones in life. It delves into the subtle shifts of self-discovery, focusing on those quiet, often-overlooked spaces where transformation occurs.

Amanda Oleander (b. 1989, Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is a Los Angeles-based artist whose work explores the complexities of human connection and the subtle beauty found in everyday life. Working across drawing, painting, writing, sculpture, and print, Oleander’s latest series follows solitary figures—small in scale but full of purpose—as they journey through vast, foreboding landscapes.

Dorado 806 Projects, an art and exhibition space in Santa Monica, explores the questions and nature of being through evolving shows and workshops. Dorado was founded by artists Amelie Laurice and Meghan DeRoma.
