Cocktail Recipe: Rabbit Not a Rat

You'll need your juicer for this recipe. This cocktail, courtesy of Pistola, is like happy hour during a Master Cleanse (with a side of carrots). Enjoy!
 
Rabbit Not A Rat
Makes one cocktail

2 ounces light rum
1 ounce carrot juice
¾ ounce tangerine juice
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce cayenne-infused honey syrup (3 parts honey, 1 part water)

Place the ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake (not too hard -- the point is just to mix and chill), then strain into a Collins glass. Top with crushed ice, and garnish with carrots.
