Los Angeles, Calif. – Dec. 31, 2025 – PBS SoCal, Southern California’s flagship PBS organization, announced INDIEWIRE’S CRAFT ROUNDTABLES, a new series of half-hour specials co-produced with IndieWire. The series gives audiences an inside look into four roundtable conversations spotlighting the creative disciplines behind today’s most talked-about films. Each discussion explores how creative teams shape bold, distinctive work from cinematography, casting, production design and editing. This season’s lineup features films like “One Battle After Another,” “After the Hunt,” “Hamnet,” “Train Dreams” and more. Hosted by IndieWire features writer Jim Hemphill, the new episodes will premiere back-to-back starting on Wed., Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. on PBS SoCal Plus with encore airings of the new episodes premiering back-to-back starting on Thurs., Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. on PBS SoCal. All episodes will stream on pbssocal.org following their premieres and will also be available to watch on the free PBS Video app.
