Ted Talbert Black Film Festival Scholarships
Documentary producer and Emmy Award-winner Ted Talbert was an influential documentarian in the Detroit community. Now, the Ted Talbert Black Film Festival Scholarship helps young people achieve their goals for filmmaking.
