American Rescue Plan Act Town Hall
We recently had an American Black Journal and Bridge Detroit virtual town hall on Detroit’s share of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The city is getting 826 million dollars to help recover from the pandemic. Stephen had several guests join him to talk about this unprecedented federal funding and how best to use it.
