Second Act for Troubled Teens at a Broadway Theater Company

The Manhattan Theatre Club founded the Stargate Theatre Company in 2013 to help teens with criminal records by having them create and perform a show based on their own experiences. WLIW producer Ally Gimbel spent time on stage with the students and mentors as they wrote, rehearsed and presented their play Weathering the Storm.
