NEW YORK’S PRISON PIPELINE
A growing number of upstate New York inmates are granted parole from prison, allowing them to return home to New York City. But, a NY1 investigation reveals that those inmates do not have a home to go to and are destined for a dismal and dangerous life in the city’s shelter system.
