SUPREME COURT LIMITS EPA POWER TO TACKLE CLIMATE CHANGE
In a 6-3 ruling in June, on the final day of its previous term, the Supreme Court greatly limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s power to address climate change. Joining us to discuss the impact of the court’s decision are Lisa Garcia, Regional Administrator for EPA Region 2, and Eddie Bautista, Executive Director of the NYC Environmental Justice Alliance.
