How ex-convicts are adapting after three strikes reform

60 to 70 percent of former inmates fail to land a job in their first year out of prison, according to the Justice Department. A new documentary called “the Return” chronicles the struggle of ex-convicts as they look for work, try to restore relationships and cope with other problems.
