Third Day of Setbacks for Libyan Rebels

The Libyan rebels fighting Moamar Gadhafi's regime suffered setbacks for the third day in a row as loyalists recaptured more territory along the coast. And another member of Gadhafi's inner circle announced his departure from the government.
