Filmmaker Deann Liem Borshay talks about her birth mother's history of struggle in Korea. After the Korean War, Borshay's mother was left with 5 small children and no husband or means of supporting her family. Borshay explains that any anger she has for her birth mother was mitigated after she heard the story of her situation.
