Seyyed Hossein Nasr on Islam
We spoke with Seyyed Hossein Nasr, University Professor of Islamic Studies at George Washington University in Washington. Dr. Nasr is a Muslim, a native of Iran, where he taught at and became vice chancellor of Tehran University. He has been a U.S. citizen for 20 years, and is the author of many books. On Iraq, Nasr thinks the Muslim reaction will depend on the kind of war that is fought.
