COVID-19 Numbers Rising, Gascón and Raman’s Agendas

COVID Update 
While California hasn’t seen the dramatic surges in COVID-19 cases that other states are experiencing, new figures are troubling. Jackie Fortiér shares an update on new cases in Southern California.  

Gascón Meets BLM 
George Gascón, Los Angeles County’s newly elected district attorney, is scheduled to meet with representatives from Black Lives Matter. Frank Stoltze discusses the significance of this meeting. 

Nithya Raman 
Nithya Raman unseated David Ryu from his Los Angeles City Council seat. Libby Denkmann discusses her priorities, including housing and homelessness.
