Movie Theaters Struggle With Pivot to Streaming

Public Housing Wi-Fi
In an effort to address a lack of investment in broadband for Black and Latino communities, a new service is bringing free Wi-Fi to four public housing communities: Imperial Gardens, Jordan Downs, Pueblo del Rio and Nickerson Gardens. Sharon McNary explains how long this service will be free.

The First Angry Man
The First Angry Man,” a documentary about Howard Jarvis and Proposition 13 is airing on KCET tonight. Director Jason Cohn discusses how this timely film about a campaign that slashed property taxes in California relates to the current Proposition 15 on the ballot.
