In a thought-provoking twist, advice often given to women about adopting a more assertive communication style is being challenged. Recent experimentation reveals a counterintuitive trend – women employing what's labeled as "tentative speech" or employing language perceived as weaker, are surprisingly found to be more likely to secure salary increases compared to their assertive counterparts.
