A solid infrastructure provides jobs, allows domestic trade, as well as delivery and export of foreign goods, helping us to compete in a global economy. But over the years, our spending on maintenance has gone down, our use of our infrastructure has gone up, leaving it crumbling and in critical condition. How can this be remedied?
