Youth Voices

A digital literacy and civic engagement program that invites youth on an exploration of their neighborhood, where they investigate the social, cultural, and political history and take a critical look at the issues facing their community. Students are encouraged and provided opportunities to become leaders and advocates for their community.

Youth Voices Explores The LA River
Youth Voices students are about to embark on an exploration of the L.A. River to help tell its history around the current issues that surround what many Angelenos claim to be a 52-mile storm drain system.

Ramon Franco has trained for horses to dance for 20 years. Ramon likes Richland Farms since it is a part of his culture, and he feels like he is in his ranch in Mexico.
