Political Expert Dan Schnur: This Is the Craziest Election

Ballot Brief is asking Southern California personalities and pundits how they would characterize the 2016 election cycle. We put that question to Dan Schnur, Director of the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics at USC and a former political strategist for candidates such as John McCain and former Gov. Pete Wilson. He is also the former head of the California Fair Political Practices Commission and a political analyst for various media outlets.
