At-Home Learning Tips

Dealing with Stress
Adjusting to At-Home Learning may be difficult for your older children. Many of the things that help adults cope in stressful times will also help your tweens and teens. Exercise, journaling and finding ways to digitally connect with their friends (e.g. on social media, texting or phone and video calls) can really help older children maintain their mental health. Read more tips on how to cope.

A Big List of Podcasts for Little Kids
Podcasts are surprisingly not just something for adults to listen to on long morning commutes. Here is a list of great shows loved by kids ages 2 through 6, and their caretakers.

Engineer a Rocket Ship
If Jet’s electric engine sent your child’s imagination into space, try making this rocket ship (or a pulley) to give your kid a taste of outer space while putting into practice some engineering fundamentals.
