The Golden Dragon Parade stands as the crowning highlight of the Chinese New Year celebration in Southern California. With a rich history spanning over a century, it draws more than 80,000 spectators lining the parade route, while thousands more watch the event via broadcast. The parade showcases a vibrant procession featuring government officials, celebrities and dignitaries, alongside numerous high school bands, drill teams, dragon and lion dancers and a diverse array of performers.
