Make art with us! These exhibition-based workshops encourage creative inspiration for different activities, so make sure to check out the corresponding galleries. No prior art-making experience is necessary; our friendly staff will happily work with you on your creation. All ages are welcome!

Some mirrors used to be made from stone materials like pyrite and obsidian, and were used by divine rulers and ritual leaders to see beyond human vision. Join LACMA in November to make your own mirror inspired by the PST ART: Art & Science Collide exhibition We Live in Painting: The Nature of Color in Mesoamerican Art. Taught by teaching artist Gloria Westcott.
