Come make a zine and help build our collection in this monthly creative art lab. Zine content can be personal, political, niche, artistic, or purely visual—there are no rules and no experience is necessary. Basic zine making instructions and materials will be provided.

If you're looking for inspiration, you can browse LAPL's zine collection at any of our zine library locations (your contributions can help add Silver Lake to this list!) or search our catalog to place a hold and have zines delivered to your nearest branch.

Not into zines? This time and space is open for you to work on other art projects and crafts too. You can bring your own or use the materials provided to try new mediums and explore your creativity in a judgment free, calm environment.
