Join Metro Art, Zócalo Public Square and Grand Performances for LAte Night Train of Thought, a free evening celebrating the vibrant arts scene that connects Angelenos across music, comedy, poetry and conversation. The night kicks off with a Zócalo Public Square conversation, “How Does Art Connect L.A.?” featuring voices from L.A.’s creative community, followed by stand-up sets curated by Dynasty Typewriter, spoken word performance interludes from Da Poetry Lounge, and a closing musical set by “art rap” artist Open Mike Eagle. Guests can also enjoy complimentary sweets from Little Tokyo’s iconic Fugetsu-Do Confectionery (while supplies last) and bites available for purchase from the Kogi BBQ food truck.
