Celebrate with Bowers Museum during our free family festivals held every first Sunday of the month in the Museum’s beautiful Key Courtyard. Enjoy live performances, art making, face painting and complimentary treats at every festival.

Event Schedule

  • 11 AM - 3 PM - Enjoy free face painting and family-friendly art projects, including Gyotaku (fish printing) and Haku Lei flower crowns or leis. Complimentary frozen tropical fruit bars will be available while supplies last.
  • 12 PM - Hula Dance Performance by Halau Hula Lani Ola
  • 12:30 PM - Dance Performance by Dance by Students of Tupua
  • 1 PM - Intermission
  • 1:15 PM - Music Performace by Kama'aina Glee Club of Orange County (John M. Lee Courtyard)
  • 1:30 PM - Polynesian Dance Performance by Tupua
  • 2:30 PM - Cultural Dance Performance by Kutturan CHamoru
