Experience a paw-tastic event at the Rialto Civic Center. The day includes training demonstrations, a doggie play area, a best costume contest, paw art and a pollution prevention fair. The Pollution Prevention Fair will have recycled art contests, energy savings ideas, exotic animals & insects, as well as water conservation tips.
