The Point In Time Count is a federally mandated biennial count conducted across the Country to estimate the number of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness on a single night.

In Orange County, this is a collaborative effort involving the County of Orange, its 34 cities, the Orange County Continuum of Care, nonprofit homeless service providers, and volunteers.
