He is the author of Gourmet Ghosts – Los Angeles (2012) and Gourmet Ghosts 2 (2016) and has written for the Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, BBC.com, BBCAmerica.com, Hemispheres, American Way, Skylife, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Film Ireland and The Historian.
