PBS SoCal’s Emmy®-winning historical documentary series LOST LA is a co-production with the University of Southern California Libraries. Public historian and writer Nathan Masters of the USC Libraries returns uncovering Southern California’s connections to the history of car racing, origins of science fiction, evolution of the true crime genre and the region’s colorful flora from wildflowers to jacarandas. Now in its eighth season, LOST LA explores our region’s hidden past through documents, photos and other rare artifacts from California libraries and archives.
