PBS SoCal and Latino Public Broadcasting Partner to Present a New Season of VOCES, the Award-Winning Latino Arts and Culture Series on PBS
Season Four Premieres in 2015 on PBS
COSTA MESA, Calif. (August 1, 2014) – PBS SoCaL, PBS for Greater Los Angeles, and Latino Public Broadcasting (LPB) announced today a partnership to present the fourth season of the acclaimed series VOCES. Curated by Latino Public Broadcasting, VOCES is PBS’s signature Latino arts and culture documentary showcase and the only ongoing national television series devoted to exploring and celebrating the rich diversity of the Latino cultural experience. PBS SoCaL will serve as the national presenting station for VOCES. As the flagship PBS station in Southern California, PBS SoCaL works with independent filmmakers to develop and broadcast high-quality programs and series that educate, entertain and enlighten viewers of Southern California.
The 2015 season of VOCES will present a new lineup of four original documentaries that shine a light on some of the most unique and untold aspects of recent Latino culture and history. VOCES titles and broadcast dates will be announced later.
