Andy Beshear and Abbe Gluck on the Opioid Crisis
The state of Oklahoma is currently accusing Johnson & Johnson of oversupplying opioids in a multibillion dollar lawsuit. This is the first public trial to come from 2000 opioid lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies. Kentucky's Attorney General Andy Beshear joins the program to discuss how his state has been devastated by the crisis alongside Yale law professor Abbe Gluck.
