Anurima Bhargava & Samantha Harris on Campus Sexual Assault

After more than a year of planning, US Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos has finally unveiled her proposals to overhaul rules governing sexual assault on campus. Anurima Bhargava helped write the Obama-era guidance on the issue, while Samantha Harris from the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education backs the new proposals. They debated the issue with Christiane Amanpour.
