China’s Rise as a Naval Power and What’s at Stake for the US

In China, there are signs of trouble for the world’s second largest economy. Toshi Yoshihara, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, joins the show to discuss China’s ambitions.
