Fmr. Rep. Francis Rooney Reacts To Second Trump Impeachment
The House voted to impeach President Trump on Wednesday, making him the only president in history to be impeached twice. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has not ruled out voting to convict, marking a change in his thinking compared to last year.
