Gen. John Allen's Analysis of the Ukraine War
Military observers say they expect to see a new Russian push in eastern and southern Ukraine. U.S. officials believe Russian forces have withdrawn from the area around Kyiv, but NATO officials warn that Vladimir Putin has his sights set on the city in the longer term.
