Marek Magierowski: "Russia is Losing This War Right Now"
The White House, warning that Russia may up the ante in Ukraine, is declassifying intelligence in a bid to deter Putin from using chemical weapons. Russia, while denying it is targeting civilians, bombed a maternity hospital in the city of Mariupol, sparking global outrage. The Russian Foreign Minister met with his Ukrainian counterpart in Turkey, although no progress was made toward a ceasefire.
