Rick Hasen: SCOTUS Will “Reorder” American Society
There are a number of cases before the Supreme Court that will “reorder law and American society,” according to Richard Hasen. He is a professor of law and political science at the University of California Irvine and an expert in election law. He is also the author of "Cheap Speech." Hasen speaks with Hari Sreenivasan about how to stop the spread of disinformation that is poisoning politics.
