As Vietnam is in the spotlight, hosting President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un’s second summit, Christiane Amanpour is joined by Robert Carlin. He took part in negotiations with North Korea throughout President Bill Clinton’s presidency and they came to a nuclear agreement that held for nearly a decade.
