Former U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power's first book on genocide, “A Problem from Hell,” won her a Pulitzer Prize. But when she served on President Obama’s National Security Council and later as Ambassador to the United Nations, Power found that the road to hell is often paved with good intentions.
