Ceasefire negotiations in Cairo between Israel and Hamas have reached a delicate phase, according to mediator Qatar. Six months after Hamas launched a brutal terror attack on October 7th, murdering well over a thousand Israelis -- and still holding more than 100 hostages -- it is unclear what the next move might be.
