Bonnie Boswell Reports begins a recurring series about both the challenges and joys of helping foster care children. Our first story focuses on former Los Angeles radio anchor Shirley Jahad. Shirley adopts a foster child and later discovers her new son has a sibling. She is told not to inquire about his sister. But one day she gets a call. The sister is available for adoption.
