After a devastating earthquake and equally destructive hurricane, people from Haiti began migrating to South America, and eventually toward the United States to find work to support their family back home. In this segment of "Earth Focus," we examine the factors leading to the new community of Haitian people living at the border between Mexico and the U.S. and how both Haitians are adapting.
