Christine Quinn Warns of "Homelessness Catastrophe"
Currently, there is a moratorium on evictions, but that is set to expire on August 20th. Quinn, who is now the president and CEO of Win, the largest city provider of shelter and protective housing for homeless families and children, says the city needs to have a plan in place before that happens. She joins MetroFocus to talk about her organization’s policy recommendations to avoid this.
