FIRE TRAGEDY: REACTION & WARNING
The massive fire in Belmont, Bronx in December 2017, which claimed 13 lives, was New York City’s deadliest fire in nearly three decades. This tragic accident was caused by a 3-year-old child playing with a stove. FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro is here with his reaction to the historic tragedy and to share a reminder to “close the door” if you are fleeing from a fire in your home or apartment.
