3D Printing on the Rise in both Academia and Industry

Albany Public TV’s Innovation Trail reporter Jenna Flanagan takes us to the SUNY New Paltz, where 3D printing is breaking new ground. The university recently opened the MakerBot Innovation Center using hardware from the Brooklyn-based 3D printing company, MakerBot. It aims to bring together science & technology with the fine arts in what could be the next manufacturing revolution.
