Are We Safer Now?
We've been here before, after the first attack on the Twin Towers in 1993 and again on September 11, 2001, and now the city is on edge again. This weekend brought a tireless manhunt to locate Ahmad Kahn Rahami which ended in his arrest after police shot him in Linden, New Jersey this morning. But despite Rahami's capture, New Yorkers are still on edge and wondering just how safe we are.
